| The decider of the Teachers v Students competition is Football on the turf on Wednesday during lunch. With a stacked team of elite footballers, the students are heavy favourites to win the trophy for the first time in 14 years. Come and find a spot on the fence wall to watch history be made. |

| Colours is on Thursday afternoon. Number 1’s must be worn, and all recipients should have their blazers sorted by now. Please check the student noticeboard for the list of recipients and the order for lining up at the back of the gym. Practices will be held on Wednesday, Period 1, and Thursday morning. Kapa Haka, you will need to attend the practice on Wednesday morning. Practices are in the gym. Oskar and Benjamin, you will also need to attend the practices. |

| Two students from Argentina will be visiting FDMC in February 2025. If you would like to host them for their 2-3 week visit with the possibility of a return visit to Argentina later in 2025, please email Mrs Hermanns che@fdmc.school.nz to express your interest. This is for Year 10 students who will be in Year 11 in 2025. |
